		A.	We offer freehold ownership with a separated land title deed for each land plot.
		Q.	How long will it take to build my Villa?
		A.	It will take approximately 8 to 12 months to complete the construction and landscaping of a villa depending on its size.
		Q.	What common area services are provided?
		A.	The services provided by the estate management include 24-hour security, gardening and landscaping, refuse collection, general cleaning and also the maintenance of all common facilities.
		Q.	What privileges will I receive as a Villa owner?
		A.	Our residents will receive a privilege resident card for discounts at our hotel, restaurant and spa.
